Position Overview:
As an experienced sales enablement professional you specialise in developing and implementing sales enablement and training strategies for sellers in the EMEA region. You will join the Adobe Digital Media, Global Sales Enablement team whose charter is to develop a world class sales organization through engaging and relevant enablement experiences building capabilities to upsell, cross-sell and convert Digital Media customers to purchase Adobe products and services as well as drive renewals.

As the EMEA Regional Sales Enablement Manager, you will focus on identifying key opportunities for learning experiences, using data and market insights, working with our program leaders within the team, as well as our colleagues across Adobe (product teams and regional sales leadership) to capitalise on these opportunities. Taking a customer-first approach is crucial as we find the best ways to engage with customers, optimise sales conversions, and ensure retention. We believe we have the best products in the market for creativity and productivity, and this position will play an exciting role in ensuring Adobe sellers and channel partners will get the best possible learning experience to deliver them!

Drive a coordinated strategy to grow the skills of the EMEA sales organization. The Adobe sales team extends across many roles including pre-sales, customer success, account managers, product success managers, inside sales and our channel partners. You will monitor the overall performance of the EMEA sales teams and help drive long-term growth by orchestrating our enablement strategy across those roles. Typical activities include working with sales leaders on go-to-market and KPI planning, developing and implementing an EMEA sales enablement strategy and curriculum based on regional priorities and enabling the field.
Develop annual enablement/training schedule for new and existing sellers maximising global programs for regional needs by implementing sales enablement/training plans across all roles in our mid-market, channel and call centres. Handle the end-to-end relationship of a local training agency including budget and scheduling of their scope of work and partner closely with our content developer to build relevant sales enablement materials using existing sales training and content.
Develop and analyse training data to uncover themes and trends across EMEA sellers and drive the continuous evolution of existing training content using insights from training data and by collaborating across the team to learn standard methodologies and scalable processes.
Timely and effective communications to stakeholders on training operations and initiatives is key.
Required Skills and Credentials
BS/BA degree
7-10 years professional experience in both virtual and in-person group facilitation of training programs, ideally in a large, technology, corporate environment within a multicultural structure
Desire to craft enablement strategies and drive through execution. Ability to translate big picture ideas into action & establish relationships across organisations with alternative viewpoints
Experience in optimally building and implementing outstanding, large-scale, sales training programs. Skilled at effectively presenting with all levels of leadership, both written and verbal communication
Self-motivated, with proven track record of execution as a team member & team leader. Proven program management – interpersonal, time management, problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
Experience working in a sales environment or a strong understanding of indirect and direct sales models
Flexibility to travel (international) to stay in touch with teams and stakeholders
Preferred Qualification
Experience with direct market resellers, retailers or volume channels
Experience with call centre (inbound, outbound, chat) enablement
Experience using Adobe products
Understanding of industry recognized certifications is preferred
