The Opportunity
In the role of Business Development Representative you will build and manage prospect relationships to drive revenue within Workfront, an Adobe Company. A vital part of this opportunity is partnering with your Account Executive ensuring quality and quantity of sales pipeline.
What you’ll do
Develop and generate qualified sales opportunities by conducting account based research, social selling techniques and, most importantly, outbound calling.
Follow up on marketing-generated leads.
Effectively articulate the Workfront value proposition to prospective customers.
Qualify opportunities and determining the best fit and debriefing your aligned Account Executive to progress.
Plan and prioritise sales activities which includes but not limited to; pro-active prospecting, targeted sales campaigns, qualifying marketing leads, social media selling, and customer meetings towards achieving agreed business goals.
Build high quality, winnable sales pipeline.
Account Strategy – In cooperation with the Account Executive, define and implement a strategy to find and develop new accounts within their industry which requires a good understanding of the customers’ business and our potential within the customer group.
Meet and exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly qualified sales opportunity targets.
Proactively provide closed-loop feedback on programs, messaging and processes to ensure continuous optimisation and improvement.
Adhere to lead qualification standards.
