The opportunity

Adobe’s DX Industry sales team focus on driving and supporting our largest customers. As one of Adobe’s most strategically meaningful verticals by both existing and growth revenue, the candidate should display strong technology/ cloud computing experience, with deep knowledge of sophisticated enterprise SaaS deal management. Our suite of products is market leading in the customer experience space, and we have had terrific success globally with major brands. Our growth targets are ambitious, and we need committed, successful sales leaders who have the skills, experience and track record to work with their team to develop and drive enterprise wide growth. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate clear leadership, not just of their direct reports, but of the 50+ team of supporting individuals across; solution consulting, digital strategy, product specialism, Industry expertise, marketing and customer success.

What You’ll Do

Build and lead an impactful team of Account Executives, with a meaningful focus on DE&I. Your inclusive sales culture will facilitate psychological safety, cultivate innovation and nurture personal/professional growth. You will support your team to evolve into true solution sellers, always striving for operational excellence through improved sales process.
Generation of net new revenue through developing and delivering sales strategies; aligning with product teams for an integrated DX (and DMe) value approach.
Drive marketing and PR activities in collaboration, to include the building of usage cases and value metrics per vertical and segment: The goal to facilitate consistency for balanced and profitable growth.

What You Need To Succeed

Leadership experience in Enterprise Software sales with a track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota and market share goals.
Track record with and strong understanding of how to work with >$1bn turnover organisations.
Excellent networking ability and extensive success in solution selling to executives, VP and/or “C” level – preferably CMO/Digital Leaders.
Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
Experienced in the delivery of a large scale digital transformation: Able to maintain a high level of efficiency and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment.
