The Opportunity:

 

As the Head of Solutions Marketing for UKI, you will be a critical link between the Marketing, Sales, and BDR teams. Using your background in Demand Generation you will optimise marketing activities across all channels to deliver qualified leads that convert into sales accepted opportunities and new business.

 

The role requires experience across a blend of events (virtual and in person, national and regional, first-party and 3rd party led), coordinated Marketing, and partner programs. The ideal candidate is adept at establishing cross-functional relationships, demonstrates strong executive presence and leadership skills, has a passion for data and analytics, and performs well at strategic and tactical levels.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Own, build, implement, and optimise the Field Marketing strategy, which will include a hybrid of digital and in-person programs
Own spend and performance management, including recurring communications and reporting on program results, trends, and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with Campaign, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Industry GTM team members to understand partner- and industry-specific value propositions to tailor Marketing assets and programs as needed
Lead senior and cross team discussions to align business priorities, targets, and short- and long-term Marketing plans
Act as a liaison and work closely with Marketing teams, Sales leadership (AEs and BDRs), and partner organisations to activate field activities.
Establish processes, templates, metrics, and standard methodologies for field and partner events
Lead the team and define and implement the targeting strategy, pre- and post-event follow-up communications, content creation, registration tracking, lead ingestion, timely lead routing, and event post-mortem for all field events
What you’ll need to succeed:

 

Significant B2B marketing experience, SaaS preferred
Proven people management experience
Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, Sales, and senior executives to develop, innovate, and optimise B2B marketing programs
B2B Demand Generation leadership experience, demonstrable experience optimizing the marketing funnel and tactics to drive business outcomes
Channel/partner ecosystem experience, or track record of working closely with partners
Substantial experience leading high impact teams with strong critical thinking combined with effective execution, but also a desire to jump in personally as needed
You are analytically inclined, with exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
You’ll demonstrate excellent communication skills including data crunching and storytelling.
Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and PowerBI or other BI reporting a plus
Ability to prioritise and lead multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
You’ll be a self-starter and work well in a high growth environment
