The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced GTM Operations Manager, to join a team dedicated to driving global business transformation initiatives and governing key global management, planning, and sales processes. You will play a pivotal role in driving a consistent operating rhythm at global level and across the Americas, EMEA, and J/APAC. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead change on a global scale, with a focus on driving the performance of strategic priorities and with oversight across our Pipeline and Renewal management processes.

What you’ll Do

Develop and implement strategies that improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency of key global management processes and business reviews.
Optimise sales processes and tooling, driving adoption globally while maintaining consistency across regional teams
Be a global centre point, coordinating the efforts of our offshore Operations teams to ensure alignment with strategic GTM objectives
Create standards, resources and best practices for Regional Sales Ops execution.
Monitor sales reports and dashboards, identifying trends and contributing to informed decision-making and proactive adjustments to strategies.
Provide actionable insights to enhance business performance, with a keen focus on evaluating the execution of strategic priorities
Coordinate closely with global finance to ensure a tight integration across timelines, process & workstreams

What you need to succeed

Consistent track record in sales operations, GTM strategy or a related field, with a minimum of 8-10 years experience, ideally within the software industry
Excellent analytical skills, with a proven ability to derive insights and support decision-making on a global scale.
Exceptional program management and influencing abilities, capable of inspiring change and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and advanced sales analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless collaboration across departments and regions.
Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with superb organizational skills, enabling effective project management and process optimization on a Global level.
