The Opportunity:

 

Are you looking for a fast-paced, high-visibility role with strong growth potential? This is the role for you! Reporting to the Engagement & Retention GTM Lead, your work will focus on mapping the end-to-end customer journey and crafting the right metrics to understand and optimize the health of the customer journey. The role partners daily with Sales and Marketing managers with high visibility and impact. The right person will have strong poise, confidence, tenacity, and persistence to manage up and through obstacles.

 

What you’ll Do:

 

E&R Performance:

Understand the end-to-end customer lifecycle – activation to advocacy – understanding behaviours and associated metrics, to enable triggered programmes to be built, that help drive onboarding, activation and usage
Obsess over the customer journey – use a qualitative and quantitative data driven model to measure, analyze, interpret and develop a keen understanding across each stage of the customer journey.
Analysing and assessing opportunities to reduce attrition from our B2B offerings, whilst improving the value of renewing customers
E&R Planning:

We operate a quarterly cycle so being on top of the weekly numbers is key, but equally so is looking ahead to next quarter and next year.
Provide analysis and commercial insight for strategic programmes of work aimed at delivering our long-term engagement and retention strategy
What you need to succeed:

 

Experience as a Sales Analyst, Finance Analyst or Commercial Analyst in a B2B focused sales organisation
Work experience in Engagement and Retention teams in subscription-based organisation advantageous
Understanding of customer retention; views the world through cohorts and can demonstrate knowledge of LTV curves & value of LTV
Strong commercial acumen, strategy, planning, organizational and multitasking skills
Validated mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills
Must be self-managed, adaptable and able to work in a virtual team environment.
Hands on mentality, proactivity and phenomenal attention to detail.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, esp. Excel is required, SalesForce.com & Tableau / PowerBI would be advantageous
Excellent presentation skills, both writing in PowerPoint and delivery
