The Opportunity
We’re hiring for a new Technical Training Consultant to join our European Adobe Learning Services team in Italy. You will initially teach classes on Adobe Campaign, but will quickly grow to include other solutions. Crucially, our Trainers don’t just teach customers about our technology, but how to use it to deliver outstanding customer experiences and results for their organisations.
What you’ll do
As one of our Adobe instructors, you deliver training sessions in English and in French (live classroom training virtually, at Adobe offices, and at customer offices when required) from our Campaign course catalog, quickly progressing to train on other Adobe solutions. You understand why our customers want to use our software and guide them on how to reach their goals. You encourage their feedback on your classes and share insights from this with Delivery Management to help improve our offering and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
You often customise programs for private training sessions and work with our global curriculum team to improve content. Occasionally, you record on-demand training courses.
As an active member of our global Training community, you contribute to our collective expertise and internal initiatives, maintaining expert product knowledge in Adobe Campaign as well as its integrations and use cases across the broader Adobe Experience Cloud. Lastly, you successfully manage the software training environment for your classes, while reporting and resolving any issues.
What you need to succeed
Client satisfaction oriented, with strong written and verbal communication, listening and presentation skills in English and French, you have willingness to travel up to 60% on short term assignments and know how to build credibility and trust quickly and easily.

Your technical background:
Experience in Adobe Campaign implementation is required
Mastery with Web technologies including HTML, XML, JavaScript, and JSON
Experience with Database concepts and SQL language
Proficiency with APIs and SOAP
Fluency in English and French is required. Other languages would be a plus.
The pluses:
A Bachelor’s degree or experience as a software/technical trainer or software developer with training experience.
Knowledge of Marketing applications and processes
Familiarity with Enterprise software / project implementation life cycles.
Demonstrable experience of Learning Services or Professional Services delivery for an enterprise software company or Consultancy.
Passion for digital technology and use of this technology to solve business problems
