The Opportunity

Our Digital Experience suite of products is market-leading in the Enterprise Digital Marketing space, and we have had terrific success globally with major brands. Our focus on the success of our customers is central to our Professional Services business strategy, and we need creative, proactive Senior Digital Marketeers who have the skills, experience, and track record to work with our customers across industries and digital channels, to lead, drive value realisation and business impact!

 

Are you a Senior Digital Marketing Consultant who can combine business and innovative digital marketing know-how, with operational expertise to build outstanding value driven experiences for our customer’s customer?

 

What You’ll Do

A lead consultant on large complex engagements and transformational programs implementing a culture of innovation in and out of projects, fostering creativity to unlock new opportunities for your customers and Adobe Consulting.

Lead inspiring business discovery work streams, and perform industry and customer research to establish the customer’s ‘why’
Develop effective customers partnerships by aligning with customers up to c-level on a regular basis to align on business goals, critical metrics and future state thinking
Research and define customer personas, and build ideal state customer journey maps
Proactively analyse opportunities and identify consumer behaviours that can be influenced to drive impact, with a specialist focus on optimisation & personalisation across email and website channels that maximise digital adoption
Identify trends and industry examples that support the creation of impactful use cases that bring a customer’s business goals to life
Assess and illustrate the value of your recommendations (expected return on investment), prioritise according to value & complexity.
Be accountable for delivering business outcomes for the customer. Monitor and optimise performance
Build and implement effective tactical plans and proactively lead the customer on the actions required to implement the next phase of the roadmap
Lead and coordinate the execution of marketing activities by Adobe offshore teams or customer teams
A leader with a vision who socialises business outcomes realised internally and externally
Provide impactful leadership, advice and mentoring to consulting colleagues
Support the evolution and optimisation of our services comfortably
What You’ll Need To Succeed

An inspiring leader, mentor, brand ambassador, who is passionate about current digital marketing trends and has extensive experience translating digital strategy into marketing tactics that move the dial on success metrics to deliver exceptional customer experiences!

A leadership mentality who can think strategically about the bigger picture and plan ahead for scale
Data Analysis: Extensive knowledge in how data shapes and drives the customer experience across platforms and channels. You have demonstrated experience analysing website and audience data to uncover insights
Customer Persona and Journey Development: Extensive experience building customer personas and a solid understanding of customer journeys aligned to these. Data / audience strategy development expertise
Conversion Rate Optimisation: Understand and anticipate customer needs, build testing & personalisation roadmaps, advise on and build audience segments, guide on data to collect and use, and implement tests for statistical results through multiple channels
Campaign Planning and Workflow Management: Understand the fundamentals of customer journey management. Experience of aligning disparate teams to move marketing ideas from concept to completion is a bonus
Experience conducting successful senior-level interviews and facilitate group discussions/working sessions.
6+ years’ experience successfully leading client relationships within the digital world ideally from agency or vendor side, or client-side experience in a dynamic, results oriented environment
Experience using one or more industry leading testing and personalisation tools, e.g., Adobe Target, Evergage, Oracle Maximiser
Experience using at least one industry leading Analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, IBM
A self-starter, bold, opinionated and proactive, able to gain the trust of customers and internal teams. You can work independently and as part of a team
Outstanding problem-solving skills and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal, and presentation skills both verbal and written
Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Importantly you have a strong eye for business, and deep experience within a core industry (e.g., Retail, Travel, Financial Service), with the ability to balance multiple assignments across teams in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to travel.
