The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to support the Western Region Finance Director across France, Spain, Italy, Benelux and Nordics countries, through analysis, insights and reporting, in close collaboration with our local business partners.
What you’ll Do
Manage Opex and HC through the region: budget and forecast accurately, analyse variances, optimize our costs and identify room for investments. Drive shared understanding of our cost envelope in each country and team with the intent of driving return-based prioritization process.
Manage headcount database in our finance tool (Anaplan), ensure Cost Center structure is up to date and aligned to our Organisation. This process is supported by our Shared Services in India where we have a dedicated person for our Region.
Support the revenue forecasting process, running analysis on the historical trends, preparing insights and reports ready to use during weekly outlook reviews to ease the discussion with Country Leaders.
Track key metrics like outlook by product and sales motion, linearity and pipeline coverage. Leverage data in Power BI and reports to give relevant insights to the business in collaboration with Sales Ops team
Load bi-weekly outlook in our finance system
Help prepare the quarterly business reviews (QBR) and finance presentations to Western Leadership team
Help our sales team understand the booking policy.
Support the planning process once a year for our 2 Business Units (Digital Experience and Digital Media) on Revenue, HC and Opex.
Work on adhoc projects aiming at simplifying our process and tools, facilitating the discussions with our internal and external customers.
Be able to act as a backup of the Finance Director on operational process.
What you need to succeed

Clear communication skills
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or 1 to 3 years of experience in Finance or Sales/Business Operations
Proficiency with Excel, PowerBI and capacity to learn new tools
Fluent in English, writing, reading, speaking
