The Opportunity

Adobe.com is one of the most heavily trafficked corporate websites in the world, and a primary customer interaction point for Adobe. Our SEO team focuses on making adobe.com an outstanding experience for all site visitors – from consumers to enterprise customers and partners. Working in close partnership with fellow team members across Adobe, this individual will lead a team of SEO managers to drive the strategic direction and strategy for driving acquisition on Adobe.com for the Creative Cloud product portfolio including Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Firefly to deliver these experiences to the site. You will work with dedicated cross-functional teams to deliver product releases, testing where appropriate, and ensuring that the projects deliver significant outcomes.

What you’ll do

Drive the overall SEO strategy for marketing products on A.Com
Demonstrate SEO thought leadership in the company and help educate teams on current industry trends and content methodologies.
Coach and lead a team of SEO leads responsible for delivering web experiences on a.com.
Partner closely with our design, web production, engineering, marketing, and go-to-market teams to ensure we are developing and delivering a premier experience.
Lead quarterly and annual product and testing roadmap development ensuring work aligns the top-most business priorities while meeting customer needs.
Collaborate with Studio, Product Marketing, Campaign, Go to Market, and other product teams to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, market validate, and launch new product ideas and innovations on adobe.com.
Enhance our data, analytics, and research teams to optimize the teams’ efforts, uncover insights, improve user experiences, and build a compelling vision for marketing Creative Cloud products on Adobe.com.
Holistic understanding of company, business, and product strategy to present and influence decision-making of concepts, business rationale, and key findings at all levels.
Regularly engage with executive-level management to influence critical matters, both internal and external to the organization.

What you need to succeed

Experience as a hands-on SEO leader, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in leading and driving SEO growth (at high scale, i.e., tens of millions of visits per month minimum).
A combination of critical thinking and pragmatic delivery to yield the best short-term, as well as long-term, results.
Ability to convey information and ideas clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization and to use influence to advance shared interests and business goals.
Demonstrated excellence in the areas of multi-variate testing, fast iteration testing, and incorporating takeaways from testing to product innovation.
Highly analytical; focus on using data to drive decisions and to build and achieve measurable key results.
A bias for action and the ability to act decisively with a data-driven mentality.
Proficiency in using SEO tools, analytics platforms, and data visualization tools.
Technical fluency; understanding of web architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs, and new opportunities from technical team members.
Experience working with web content management and optimization systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or other comparable tools a plus.
MBA (preferred) or BA/BS.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $121,700 — $264,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
