About The Role & Team

We’re looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst who has a desire to innovate, scale, automate, and  drive efficiencies through our People systems. The role will be part of The People Systems team and will partner closely with stakeholders as a multifaceted subject matter expert capable of supporting current and future HR and HRIS initiatives in addition to cross-functional initiatives. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Information systems professional who is looking to make an impact and influence the design and processes that impact the HRIS system.

 As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will: 

Act as the HRIS partner to support cross-functional teams, including payroll, finance, Sales Ops, IT, and other internal stakeholders, in People data and systems projects. Ensuring the integrity of HRIS data and maintaining system security.
Lead cross-functional initiatives, which involve gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, conducting unit testing, supporting end-to-end testing, and coordinating with the integrations team as necessary.
Configure and maintain various modules within Workday, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, and Reporting.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Serve as a subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities, staying updated with Workday releases, new features, and industry best practices, and assessing their impact on the HRIS system.
Maintaining system documentation, including recording configuration changes, developing user guides, and documenting process workflows.

You’ll be a great addition to the team if you have:

At least 4 years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst, with a focus on Workday and overall experience 6 years.
Strong knowledge and expertise in Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Absence, and Time Tracking.
Hands-on experience in Workday configuration, report writing, and business process management.
Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, and calculated fields.
Workday certifications (such as Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, or Integration) are a plus.
Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
