About the role

As Senior Client Success Manager, you support multinational global clients in our total reward and benefits platform – Benify. By ensuring high product value and platform usage, you play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, resulting in client satisfaction with high renewal and low churn.

You will for instance

Client Success Management – be responsible for existing multinational global clients and local enterprises.
Work closely with Key Account Management to set up ways of working with new global clients and nurturing the long-term client relationships.
Improve processes and ways of working with existing clients.
Educate and ensure active client utilization of the solution, as well as lead client meetings.
Solve incoming client requests as well as coordinating incidents and smaller technical projects.
Support more junior Client Success Managers when needed and distribute work between Client Success Managers having split responsibility for clients.

What we are looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience working in a client facing role (B2B), for example as Client Success Manager or similar.

Professional language skills in English, written and spoken.
A university degree in technology or another relevant field.
It’s a big advantage, thus not required if you also have ⭐

Experience working at a SaaS-company and/or within the Benefits industry.
Experience managing global clients.
Experience managing enterprise clients.

Last but not least, it’s crucial to be organized and good at prioritization to handle multiple clients effectively.
