About the role
As QA Specialist, your main responsibility will be to ensure that the configured solution we pass to our clients accurately represent the requirements gathered during the solution consulting phase. Your everyday work takes place in agile squads where you plan and execute testing activities, discuss findings and contribute in solving problems together in your cross-functional squad.
You will for instance
Liaising with the squad team to gain a clear understanding of expected system behavior
Build a structure of manual test cases and ensure their execution
Effective manual, regression testing
Escalating risks and issues identified during QA to the Project Manager.

We see that you possess a good ability to collaborate as you will work cross-functionally with your squad, as well as with your colleagues in the QA-team. You are initiative-taking and not afraid to create or change the way things are done to identify opportunities. In addition, you understand how the functionality should work in the client context and are proactive in creating test scenarios. With your strong quality awareness and great organization skills, you are managing the testing phase with excellence and thrive when your problem-solving skills come in handy.
We see that you have:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Software System Testing
At least 1-3 years of experience in implementing and improving Test Processes (prepare test plans and test scenarios, prepare test cases for system testing and track defects and report bugs)
Relevant educational background within Computer Science, Software Development or other technical field
Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
It’s a plus, but not a requirement if you also have:
Professional proficiency in Lithuanian, written and spoken
ISTQB Certification
Experience in working with agile methods and knowledge about JIRA and Xray.

Salary: Up to 2 000 Euro gross, depending on experience
