You have 8 years of experience in Javascript or Typescript
Problem-solving abilities: You should be a great problem solver who knows how to frame a problem, make proposals, explain alternatives, and challenge assumptions.
Proactive and ownership mindset: You should be proactive and take ownership of your work. You should be able to observe and analyze what happens in the team and the projects, detect opportunities, and take the initiative to solve them.
Collaborative mindset: You should have a strong mindset of collaboration and be able to seek different perspectives and integrate feedback into decision-making.
Mentoring skills: You should be a good mentor who can help others ramp up on skills, ask relevant questions, and help them grow.
Project management skills: You should have strong project management skills and be able to drive the project by planning, clarifying roles, tracking progress, simplifying technical topics for non-technical audiences, and managing risks.
Software development expertise: You should have strong expertise in software development with a focus on the front end. You should care about building reliable, scalable, and easy-to-maintain software.

What will be your Responsibilities?

Lead high-complexity projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards.
Build a tech vision that anticipates product evolution, strengthens core platform alignment, and reinforces velocity and quality. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure that the vision is aligned with the company’s goals and values.
