This role will be within our Global Talent team, a group of diverse and seasoned professionals sharing the same passion for attracting, developing, and retaining people to create an inclusive workspace. You will report to the Lead Program Manager Diversity Equity & Inclusion and you will work closely with the various members of the Talent Development team.

What You’ll do

Teaming up with our DE&I Program Lead
Conduct research on best practices, trends, and issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Support community management of our Employee Resource Groups (group coordination and administration, campaign and event coordination, and community communications and outreach).
Design and organize DEI-related events that celebrate the diversity of the team, promote awareness raising on DEI-related topics, and build connections across the company.
Assist in coordinating DEI-related initiatives and developing resources to promote a more inclusive workplace.

Teaming up with our Talent Development team

Administering the enrollment, registration, and tracking for both individual and group training, whether it’s against a developing training catalog or for urgent and specialized reskilling requirements.
Supporting learning KPI’s data monitoring, dashboarding, and analysis.
Supporting digital learning solutions adoption and optimization.
Nurturing use cases and experimentation of Gen AI-enabled practices related to learning design or delivery, learning companionship, career goals exploration, etc.
Supporting in the redesign and deployment of talent processes (performance review, career framework, succession planning…) which are experiences that can impact employee experience.

What you’ll need to succeed

Full proficiency in English (this is our day-to-day working language)
Ability to work in a scale-up fashion where things go fast and require drive for results and agility.
Ability to navigate sensitive topics while maintaining respect and confidentiality.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with systems thinking, process improvement mindset, and solution building.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Curiosity and appetite for learning

What makes you stand out

An educational background in HR is nice to have and/or first exposure to Learning and Talent development activities and/or DE&I practices (apprenticeship, internship,etc)
