Directly reporting to the Procurement Performance & Ops Lead, we are hiring a Procurement Operations intern in Paris for a 6 months internship. The position aims to reinforce the team on Procurement Excellence matters such as: performance, spend analytics, project management, policies & processes… Your role is to act transversally to support Global Category Managers in their activities and your direct manager on strategic projects related to our Procurement roadmap.

The Procurement team was created 2 years ago. Joining the team now is a unique opportunity to learn and grow while scaling-up a best-in-class Procurement organization.

What you’ll do:

– Develop and analyze KPIs for the procure-to-pay (P2P) process. Provide end-user support to adopt the tool, analyzing processes for continuous improvement.
– Enhance procurement spend data from various sources, maintain data consistency and build ad hoc reports to support Global Category Managers in their activities.
– Enrich Procurement Policy and ensure adoption through effective communication. Introduce new methods, templates, and tools to enhance Procurement team operations.
– Use the Procurement Performance Tool to report on savings. Aggregate results building dashboards to communicate efficiently.
– Support the deployment of a Sustainable Procurement program, including tool deployment and project management.

– Hands-on, can-do attitude, team spirit and proactive mindset
– You are data driven with strong analytical skills
– Your are open to feedbacks and your listening capacities help you reach new skills
– You are fluent in english
– You have advanced skills on Excel/GSheet  and PowerPoint/GSide
– You have good communication skills both written and verbal

What makes you stand out:

– You will be graduated in Procurement such as DESMA, MAI or equivalent
– You ideally have a first experience in a procurement organization or consulting
– You have already use P2P systems (iValua is a plus)
