What You’ll Do

Monitor daily cash position and ensure global entities have sufficient liquidity to meet operating needs-Intercompany funding.
Execute wire transfers for Treasury related transactions.
Support Treasury projects to understand and improve the existing subsidiary funding and payment initiation process.
Maintain accurate and up to date worldwide bank accounts master file including authorized signors, limits and bank contacts information
Assist in annual FBAR regulatory reporting and filing
Perform quarterly General Ledger and bank account mapping. Ensure all bank accounts around the world are properly mapped in NetSuite
Assist in completion of bank account requirements for subsidiaries in new jurisdictions and support in relationship management with Banks
KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation and compliance requirements
Assist in any other finance related project as needed
Understanding of bank account administration roles
Understanding of bank account GLs, bank reconciliations, FX re-valuation
Actively involve in audit and SOX compliance requirements
Understanding of dashboarding tool e.g, Tableau

What You’ll Need

Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent
3-7 years of relevant experience
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Self-initiate research and is resourceful in their approach to resolve any issues irrespective of subject matter knowledge
Proficient understanding of Microsoft Excel and ability to create models, as needed, that reflect this depth of understanding
Analytical skills with good attention to detail, motivation and confidence to independently address issues.
Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to co-ordinate & interact with internal and external stakeholders
