Fluency in the German language is essential, as the majority of our existing clients are based in Germany. This is particularly crucial as our clients primarily come from industries where proficiency in English may not be assumed. While remote work is acceptable, we highly value the ability of the candidate to attend the office regularly for team events, collaborative interactions, and other team-related activities.
