This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States.

Building digital campaigns, leading lead collection processes, customer campaigns, supporting lead scoring and database governance will be critical areas of focus for you. Daily objectives can include creating Marketo campaigns, configure campaign settings, test and deliver on creative assets, audience targeting and reporting on campaign results to ensure function and deliver results.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams throughout the campaign launch cycle to define the optimal implementation strategy, communicate campaign build status, resolve errors and troubleshoot issues. As you grow in this role, you’ll contribute to streamlining implementation guidelines, integrating third party tech, identifying process improvements, platform automation opportunities and testing new user interface functions in our tools and applications. You’ll be the final and essential step in the customer lifecycle for activating new digital media campaigns.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Marketing Operations.

In a typical day, you might:

Monitor lead scoring and lead assignment into Salesforce.
Support and execute an integrated mix of email, digital, lead-nurturing and content marketing campaigns for pipeline generation.
Help drive closed-loop reporting from leads to bookings so that we know our ROI by campaign, offer, and source.
Make inefficient workflows efficient by finding and fixing inaccuracies, ensuring the integrity of newly imported and existing data
Utilize Marketo to help support our team with collecting data, ensuring accurate campaigns for our Marketing teams, and delivering leads to our Sales team.
Maintain partnership with our global team of stakeholders to drive campaign execution from requirements through build, testing, delivery and measurement.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

2+ years in a performance-focused marketing operations or marketing campaign management role at a B2B SaaS company or fast-growth startup.
Experience building marketing campaigns through Marketo or a similar provider that have more than one email blast.
Experience reviewing campaign performance metrics and making recommendations on improving Click to Open (CTO) rates and/or form submits.
Experience with MarTech tools, including webinar platforms, marketing automation, CRM, etc. (i.e. Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, GA4, Goldcast, LeanData, Zoominfo).
Understanding of frontend technologies such as JavaScript and HTML.

The impact you will have in 6 months:

Streamline marketing operations and set the company up for scalable growth, reporting, and data analysis.
Become the SME for campaign creation and investigation along with Lead management.

The impact you will have in 12 months:

Co-managing the attribution model and key areas driving the model.
Effectively managing global campaigns to measure marketing growth and impact.
