About the team:

Business Experience Team – Loqate

Loqate aims to ensure every business in the world can reach every customer in the world. We do this by combining innovative technology with the richest, most accurate global data sets, all delivered via a market-leading platform.

The business experience team is a new team being formed to own, implement, and manage our Business Systems, Processes, Architecture across the lead-to-cash & customer lifecycle processes. Loqate has a huge simplification goal, and the business experience is core to that. You will have the opportunity to not only shape the future of Loqate’s Business Systems and processes from lead-to-cash, but to also have an impact on scaling it across the Group.

The Role:

Loqate traditionally delivers double digit YoY growth, with ambitions to accelerate. Business experience is a key part to enable this and is a key element of our SaaS Platform ambitions. The role reports to the CTO of Loqate with future growth opportunities across the group, once the model has been proven in Loqate.

This role will be the technology lead for the Business Experience (Salesforce) initiative that is being launched in Loqate. This is a crucial role to have for the project and beyond as what we will be building will be the Business Systems and Experience stack for all of GBG as we evolve it.

What you will do:

Working closely with key stakeholders across the business from Finance to sales to product to marketing and Engineering you will:

Be the technical lead for the Business Experience Initiative at Loqate and then scale it globally at Group.
Plan, Architect, drive and contribute to the implementation, and evolve the Business Experience stack
Partner with the CTO and the Group Technology & Ops SLT to build a technical strategy around Business Systems
Partner with the Product Manager of BX to deeply understand the customers and stakeholders this platform will serve
Partner with Product Engineering to define and build a sustainable Integrations stack that can be deployed globally at GBG
Plan and partner with the team to build the enterprise architecture and ideal business processes needed for healthy lead-to-cash and beyond flows


What we’re looking for:

Hands on @scale technical experience with Salesforce stack (ideally Sales cloud, Data cloud, marketing cloud, and revenue cloud)
Deep understanding of Enterprise & Solutions architecture
Engineering background and will be playing an IC Role initially hands on in being the lead/staff engineer for the initiative.
Deep Understanding and hands on experience of System integration methodologies – Ideally with experience in some of the leading enterprise Integration technologies
Ability to analyse and build and implement business processes and lead-cash flows @scale.
Strong communications & Collaboration skills
