Principal PS Consultant

Responsibilities:

• In your role as Professional Services Consultant, you will participate in all stages of the project lifecycle: Business Requirements specification and analysis, Technical Design specification,
• Implementation and Integration of the solution, Test Plan development, and Testing.
• The position requires a good level of teamwork and the ability to relate well with Customers and Partners.
• International travel up to 25%.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Genesys Cloud solution
• Strong experience within the Contact Centre Industry
• The role requires good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills as well as writing skills. The candidate must be keen to work in a diverse and multicultural environment and to effectively interact with clients (business and technical audiences).
• 6+ Years of consulting experience is strongly preferred
• Advanced understanding of cloud concepts and architectures (Amazon is preferred)
• Being able to act as a mentor and guide teams during the implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Telecommunication/Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Computer
• Technology/or related discipline or equivalent professional technical experience
  (REST) API knowledge
• Experience with AI based platforms
• Practical development skills are preferred
• Experience with CI/CD and Cloud Ops is preferred
• Experience with cloud serverless computing and cloud storage services
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
