At GoCardless we believe bank payments are the best way to pay and get paid. We also believe that bank account data is a powerful tool to make better, faster decisions. We’re making it easy to use both- for businesses everywhere.

GoCardless is used for domestic and international payments by 75,000+ organisations and counting, processing more than $30 billion across 30 countries. We’re an award-winning London based fintech, with additional offices in Riga, Paris and Melbourne.

The role

Our team’s purpose is to grow GoCardless’ revenue by embedding bank payments into other payment platforms. To do this we are building new products upon GoCardless’ platform while giving our customers the best integration experience possible.

We are looking for engineers who:

  • Enjoy moving quickly with a strong bias for action
  • Enjoy a rapid ideation -> implementation -> iteration cycle
  • Are excited to work closely with customers’ product engineering teams and are passionate about
  • understanding and solving real needs
  • Have experience with building integrations and a passion to create world class experiences for our customers
  • Want to have a direct impact on a company’s revenue and growth
  • Have comfort with doing what needs to be done to solve a problem which may include working across the whole tech stack and product suite
  • Are able to prioritise and is adaptable to change
  • The team pride themselves on being a small, focused unit with collaboration and open communication at the heart of it.
