About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Highspot, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team’s efforts in Southern Europe (focusing on France) to drive demand, promote brand awareness, and enable the sales team through various channels. Your responsibilities will span across key marketing functions, including digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, and event enablement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and initiatives that contribute to the company’s growth and success.

What You’ll Do

Digital Marketing:

  • Assist in creating, localizing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and display advertising. According to the EMEA and your regional
  • Senior Field Marketing Manager yearly plan.
  • Working with Senior Field Marketing Manager to create, design, and implement a regional digital-first marketing strategy to support and drive sales goals, focusing on MQLs, SQLs, and ultimately ARR generated from marketing.
  • Collaborate with the design team on Canva to create engaging visual assets that align with the company’s brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Create monthly reports according to template.
  • Work with the marketing automation platform (Marketo) and internal resources to segment and target audiences effectively.
  • Create Social Media posts for our internal teams using Everyone Social
  • Help Drive traffic to Highspot.com, working with Senior Website Marketing Manager & Senior
  • Field Marketing Manager to enhance the experience for your region.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Supporting the Senior Field Marketing Manager in collaborating with the pre and post sales teams in your region to create highly tailored account-based marketing experiences for our Key Accounts and Enterprise accounts.
  • Assist in crafting personalized content and messaging for targeted accounts to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the Southern Europe sales team to align marketing efforts with account-specific goals and objectives.

Demand Generation:

  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of demand generation campaigns to generate leads and drive pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling marketing materials, such as whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts.
  • Monitor lead quality and collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff.

Enablement:

  • Assist in planning, promoting, any virtual and in-person events, digital campaigns, including webinars, conferences, ABM, lead Gen and workshop.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure event materials align with sales enablement needs (sales plays post and pre campaigns – using Highspot – You will be provided a training).

Localization:

Work closely with the Head of Content, Head of web and Product Marketing Teams and external vendors to localize marketing collateral, website content, and other materials for various target markets.
Ensure that messaging, branding, and content resonate with regional audiences while maintaining consistency with the global brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and French with excellent grammar and writing skills.
  • Prior 2 to 3 years experience or internships (for masters) in marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Marketo, Canva, and Salesforce.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, creativity and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A taste and experience on digital marketing concepts, ABM strategies, and demand generation tactics.
  • Travel to our French office will be required
