Are you a dynamic Sales Leader with a proven track record in the CPG industry? Join us at Ogury as we expand our CPG division and enhance our presence across the U.S.
In this pivotal role, you’ll bring your expertise in digital advertising and deep industry connections to the table, driving growth and securing new business opportunities. You’ll utilize Ogury’s cutting-edge mobile solutions to retain key accounts and develop high-value relationships with new clients.
You will lead the charge in strategizing, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with top-tier agencies and advertisers. Collaborating with your team, you will execute daily sales strategies, ensuring strong performance and maximizing revenue potential.
As a subject matter expert on Ogury’s offerings, you will educate and empower both your team and clients to stay ahead in the fast-paced digital landscape. Additionally, you’ll act as a thought leader, strengthening Ogury’s presence in the industry and building strategic partnerships.
Reporting directly to our Senior Sales Director, CPG, this is an exciting hybrid role based in our New York City office, where we encourage our team to join us in office three days per week.

What you will be doing
Drive awareness and adoption of Ogury’s mobile offerings by engaging with agencies and advertisers through presentations, conferences, and direct sales efforts.
Combine new business development and relationship management to build long-term revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
Work closely with senior advertiser executives to ensure the success of sales efforts and maximize deal growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize key decision-makers and their internal stakeholders, ensuring a unified approach.
Manage client and account escalations, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
What you will bring to Ogury
Proven background in digital/programmatic ad sales, deep knowledge of the CPG space, and a vast network of industry contacts.
Strategic mindset to craft and execute sales strategies, with the creativity and drive to adapt in a fast-changing, start-up environment.
A true business consultant who connects with clients and empowers them to unlock the full potential of Ogury’s solutions.
Eagerness to work in a dynamic, start-up culture, and readiness to effectively partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve revenue results, build relationships and contribute to expanding Ogury’s brand and footprint
$125,000 – $145,000 a year
In compliance with the US State based Pay Transparency Acts, we strive to provide this same visibility towards compensation for all of our teams, globally.
The salary for the Sales Director, CPG role is: $125,000 – $145,000 USD annually, in addition to annual variable compensation, dependent upon relevant experience and location.
