Encouraged to break new frontiers, Business Development at Revolut is at the front line of diversifying and increasing profit for the business as a whole These teams work across industries and areas to present various creative options for new revenue streams 🚀 Responsible for every pitch from inception to delivery, they also ensure that all new ideas are viable from a business perspective. Though individual specialists are spread across the business, supporting different teams in their growth, they still come together as a function to align on key areas as often as necessary 💫
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who’ll develop our relationships with key providers 📣A professional who’ll take proper care of existing and new partners supporting Revolut on global level. Someone who’ll enjoy being single-mindedly focused on closing new deals which bring new outstanding features at the best value to our customers ⭐️

What you’ll be doing
Leading strategic deal-making effort to improve Revolut’s global and regional partnerships offering to increase user acquisition and revenue
Pitching and closing partnership deals bringing the best products and features at the best value for our customers
Identifying, negotiating and closing awesome Perks for Revolut products offering
Leading the relationship management effort with our current partners
What you’ll need
A proven track record for driving B2B2C / D2C partnerships and exceeding targets in more than one territory
Experience working in high-growth companies in partnerships/ business development teams
Demonstrated ability to construct, analyse, deliver new business lines and products
Demonstrated deal-making capability (partnerships/alliances)
Flawless English language ability with outstanding communication and presentation skills
Excellent business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills
