Performance Marketing is a critical role within the Growth team as you are responsible for creating and delivering the campaigns that inform our direction across many parts of the business.
As a data driven organisation we harness testing and optimisation to inform everything from user interface design to product features and the performance of your campaigns helps steer our thinking, as well as being a foundation to our core business performance.

Planning and execution of user acquisition campaigns that support Revolut’s growth initiatives while meeting budget requirements
Ensuring best possible spent optimisation by continuously optimising campaigns based on learnings from multiple A/B tests across creatives, targets and other strategies
Managing full-cycle execution of campaigns with varying objectives across paid media channels
Have a data-driven approach to make informed decisions while optimising campaigns and improving effectiveness in all paid media channels
Managing performance and post-campaign analysis reporting
Working with legal & copywriting for getting creative & promotional assets done / approved
Ensuring proper tracking, attribution, automation, and optimisation
Working with the central marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages.
You will manage a budget, allocate a proper spending across all channels, continuously working on enhancing the ROI
Minimum of 8 years of business experience in digital or performance marketing in a high-growth startup environment;
In depth knowledge of performance campaign execution with special focus on: programmatic platforms such as Google ecosystem and Facebook ecosystem, Affiliate networks and SEO with proven track record of successfully executed campaigns
Very good understanding of digital data analytics.
