Position Overview:


SAP Concur is looking for a motivated and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to support the Digital Marketing team and global marketing distribution. The role analyzes and models data to deliver digital marketing insights that support data-driven decisions to optimize demand generation, audience segmentation, web personalization, digital experimentation, and customer community. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing, marketing automation, and CRM, and can interpret and communicate findings in a meaningful way for stakeholders.

This role will support key digital marketing initiatives and is responsible for unlocking potential within our marketing programs for better resource allocation and understanding of what levers to pull, and when—adapting dynamically to business and market needs: What’s working and what’s not.

As a member of the Marketing Analytics & Insights team, the Senior Digital Marketing Strategist is integral to building a predictable, efficient, scalable growth engine.


Key Responsibilities:


Create dashboards and run deep-dive analyses to help answer specific and ad hoc business questions; provide strategic recommendations based on data trends to give marketing leaders the insight they need to make informed decisions, often working simultaneously with multiple global teams.
Create KPI dashboards to identify progress to quarterly goals and highlight indicators that may be contributing to or hindering progress.
Support Adobe Analytics user onboarding, enablement, and administration processes
Proactively recommend, evaluate, QA, and monitor any new web tracking, also troubleshooting and fixing any issues
Manage and lead internal Adobe Analytics Community to facilitate the sharing of insights, best practices, projects, and product updates, encouraging collaborating while enabling self-sufficiency
Identify and present insights and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.
Experience/Role Requirements:


BA degree and 7 years of experience in digital marketing, digital marketing analytics or marketing analytics preferred
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics required, experience with Salesforce and Tableau preferred
Expert-level experience with Excel required
Ability to think in the abstract, and understand the intricacies of a complex system
Proficiently demonstrates ability to work with multiple and large datasets, ideally specific to customer journey and demand funnel analysis
Excellent communication skills; must be able to simplify and explain complex ideas, processes, and data structures.
Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration, ideally with experience with Marketing Operations and MarTech systems
Natural curiosity and excitement to stay abreast with the latest marketing analytics best practices
Proven ability to meet critical deadlines
Understanding of/familiarity with marketing attribution models

Experience conducting training to help users understand reports and metrics
