You will build a deep skill-set in a fast growth and much coveted area of B2B marketing – ABM. The successful applicant will be highly organised and able to plan for and manage multi-layered campaigns with an eye for detail and ability to recognise how the needs of a target audience can be met through targeted messaging and communication hooks.

It goes without saying that you will be highly collaborative and experienced in managing project plans and multi-layered stakeholders including clients and strategic partners.

Summary of the role

As a planner, you connect the needs of the B2B buyer with the right marketing approach to achieve our client’s commercial goals. You will frame the marketing challenge for clients and simplify complex requirements.

Your work will involve working with the Head of ABM and Strategic Comms to build integrated Account Based Marketing plans for our clients. As a small agency, your role will be varied and you will also be involved in the delivery of the plans that you create including briefing strategic partners, collating and reviewing market data, defining messaging frameworks and content briefs that move prospects through the customer buying journey. You will also oversee  the content creation process.

The right candidate will be able to assimilate complex information quickly and logically, have a natural flair with messaging and engaging copy and content, be naturally inquisitive, unafraid of asking challenging questions and have the confidence to lead client projects and present with impact.

You will likely come from a marketing campaigns, marketing planning or communications role, within the B2B sector and you will understand how technology companies operate and grow.

As the role is largely remote, you will be a self-starter and confident enough to reach out to the team when you need support. You will be articulate and passionate about delivering results for clients.

Roles and responsibilities

Lead or support across a wide variety of client ABM accounts
Develop an understanding of the client’s business strategy and operating model
Lead the development of the activating campaign or project plan for the client
Manage the delivery of the campaign through internal team members and strategic partners
Play a critical role in delivering elements of the plan, such as reviewing market insight and identifying the right messaging         hooks to develop clearly articulated briefs
Attend and support the running of workshops to understand client objectives and their success factors.
Prepare insights and recommendations suitable for presentation to senior decision makers.
Play an active role in account development and expansion and promotion of the Seeblue Marketing brand through social           media, videos and events.
Skills & Experience

At least 2 years experience in a campaign or planning role within the B2B sector, ABM experience preferable, technology             background preferable
Familiar with B2B marketing planning, Messaging and Campaign development
Able to manage project teams to a project plan
Has a solid understanding of core B2B marketing principles and buying journey
Can develop basic customer journey maps and contact strategies
Experience in Account Based Marketing principles would be an advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills
Can interpret complex subjects and make them understandable
Driven to succeed and deliver great work
Comfortable working on a number of different projects at once
Qualification and Educational requirements

Educated to degree level
CIM qualification an advantage
