As the Strategic Alliance Manager for our European Mid-Market sales teams you’ll have the opportunity to manage prominent and strategic partners in the Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM) space. You will align to the Global Alliances team AND regional sales leadership to craft a vision for local execution of our global partner programs.

UKG’s Partner ecosystem is designed to scale and drive value to our sales organization by enabling partners with a deep understanding of our strategic sales objectives and value positioning. You’ll work closely with executives in your territory and partners to ensure close alignment to represent both UKG’s and our partners’ interests in terms of pipeline development, deal execution, bi-directional education/enablement programs and customer success.

Duties and responsibilities will be focused on two functions:

1. Directly manage regional partnerships and provide local relationship management for global partnerships that aligns to the strategy established by the global alliances management team.
2. Serve as a sales overlay team with employees aligned to our Mid-Market sales team in the UKI, Benelux and DACH regions in order to:
• Deeply understand the needs of our sales teams from a partner ecosystem perspective
• Be the primary point of contact between our partners and their sales counterparts on account planning and pipeline opportunities.
• Help extend the value that our customers can achieve working with UKG by leveraging our partner ecosystem of System Integrators, Advisory firms, technology partners and private equity firm alliances.

Qualifications:

· Experience in Business Development, Consulting, Software Sales, and/or Alliance
· Proven track record of success, demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to remain impartial and identify options to thought provoking scenarios.
· Strong interpersonal skills conducive to collaboration with both internal and external partners.
· Strategic thinker: ability to envision the future for our partners within their area of influence and share that vision broadly.
· Ability to develop trusting relationships with both sales & partners
· Direct sales experience in-region is a plus
· Fluency in German is essential
