About the role:

As a small but mighty Talent team of three, you’ll play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, identifying and attracting the brightest minds in the industry across Engineering, Go-To-Market and Operations do their best work to date with V7. London based | hybrid working style, two days a week in office expectation.


What you’ll do:
Sourcing: You will perform modern sourcing techniques across all direct channels; outreach, referrals, employment brand and inbound applications to uncover the top 1% of candidates in their field.
Full-cycle hiring: From role kick off, through interview process, extending offer and handover to our people team for onboarding you will ensure a slick, efficient, proactive and high touch candidate centric approach.
Talent Operations: Lead the optimisation of our advanced recruiting tech stack, including Ashby (ATS), Linkedin Recruiter, Otta sourcing and job posting platforms.
Candidate Experience: Elevate our candidate experience by suggesting improvements and enhancements across all touch points, reflecting our commitment to giving a stellar experience.
Coordination: In times of high demand, jumping in to coordinate late stage interviews on behalf of two Talent Acquisition Manager team members.
Strategic talent projects: Drive / support essential projects such as employment branding, university partnerships, interviewer enablement, referral jams, collaborations with external peer-to-peer networks and employee resource groups.
Diversity representation: Embed diversity and inclusivity principles into every stage of the sourcing and hiring process. Use data driven insights to drive progress and bring forward ideas and suggestions to the talent and people team.
Who you are :
2 years + recruiting experience in-house for a start up or scale up in the B2B SaaS ecosystem. This will be a generalist role, expectation to have experience in either Technical or Go To Market recruiting as minimum.
A love for identifying and engaging game-changing candidates! you get a big kick out of sourcing and excited to harness this skillset to become a subject matter expert.
Effective communicator: you possess strong written and spoken communication skills, enabling you to build relationships and influence both internal stakeholders and candidates.
Organised and meticulous: your structured approach to prioritisation and project management ensures high quality output.
Curious and driven learner: your thirst for knowledge and commitment to staying at the forefront of recruiting trends aligns with V7’s core value of knowing the gold standard.
