Finding Your Inner Joy with Joyologist, Donna Easton

Donna is a Joyologist, Mindset Coach and Speaker featured on BBC radio, ITV, Psychologies Magazine and more. In this interactive workshop outlining the 6 x step ‘E.L.A.T.E.D System’, Donna will equip us with the tools to start sharing a happier work space and living a more joyful life.

The aim of the workshop is to help us start to shift neural pathways in our brains to swing towards the positive. Lightweight and upbeat in delivery and packing a potentially life-changing punch, Donna’s ethos and teachings shift how we ‘show up’ and start to markedly affect our outlook and ultimately that of our wellbeing both at home and at work.

Donna Easton:

Donna is a Joyologist on a mission to create a more joyful and connected world. She has over 25 years’ experience in corporate commercial roles, working for organisations such as ITV and Disney and most recently as Head of Commercial for the live events division at Immediate Media. In 2020, Donna created her own business, LifeShine. She re-trained as a mindset coach and made her life-long fascination of the human pursuit of happiness, her world. She is now a highly sought-after motivational speaker and host and has developed her own brand of coaching, Joyology®️. Her workshops have been created using a mix of her commercial experience, NLP mindset coaching and her obsession with the things that make us happy. Donna’s training sessions shift individuals and teams to connect with their World, their clients, peers and perhaps most importantly themselves, like never before. Teams are helped to think in a more positive way, unite for a joint purpose and understand how raising their inner joy gauge will affect not only their own wellbeing, life and performance but the success of the wider team and ultimately the organisation as a whole.
